Speaking to news agency ANI after the Supreme Court’s decision, lawyer Ashwini Upadhyay said that today the bench of 7 judges of the Supreme Court has given a historic decision. The court made it clear that if any MLA asks questions by taking money or quotes anyone by taking money (in Rajya Sabha elections), then he will not get any protection. Neither will he get any protocol but a corruption case will be filed against him.

Advocate Ashwini Upadhyay further said, “The Supreme Court has said that taking money and asking questions and quoting is like poison for parliamentary democracy. It is cancer for parliamentary democracy and hence it is very important to stop it. In such a situation, taking money There will be no immunity for doing anything in Parliament. Just as a case is filed against a criminal, a case will be filed against him as well.”
